In this role, you will:
Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am start, some weekend requirements
Salary up to $91,600/year based on experience.

In this role, you will:
- Create & Maintain Schedules for all clinical/non-clinical employees
- Clinical Staff (RN, LPN, Chemo Tech, Medical Assistants Floor & Lab)
- Administrative Staff (Receptionist)
- Approval/Denial of all Clinical/Non-Clinical PTO (Personal Time Off) requests
- Receive & handle practice call outs, during and after standard hours including weekends.
- Liaison for Clinical/Non-Clinical/Accounting communication between executives
- Process Payroll
- Time keeping
- PTO entry
- Review for accuracy of timecards for all hourly employees
- Control Overtime in the practice
- Time punch errors
- Recommends new hires, promotions, termination & transfers for the purpose of maintaining staff needs & productivity of the workforce.
- Enforces policy and procedures in regards to attendance/staffing
- Counsel employees regarding attendance, punctuality, employee conduct & work rules
- Collaborate with Regional Directors & Chief Officers to accommodate staffing needs practice wide
- Daily review of patient numbers to ensure adequately staffed offices for maximum patient care
- Ability to use Microsoft Office & Google Drive efficiently and effectively.
- Other basic skills include, excellent writing skills, professional communication skills with all department levels, detail oriented, multitasking, and flexibility.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
