We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient individual to join our IT team as a Technical
Lead on the Data and Engineering team. In this role, you will manage multiple technical development and integration projects simultaneously, while also contributing to coding tasks when necessary. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who is ready to take on more responsibility and is interested in mentoring and developing a high-performing technical team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient individual to join our IT team as a Technical
Lead on the Data and Engineering team. In this role, you will manage multiple technical development and integration projects simultaneously, while also contributing to coding tasks when necessary. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who is ready to take on more responsibility and is interested in mentoring and developing a high-performing technical team.
In this role you will:
- Manage all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to your team
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding tasks when required
- Coordinate and manage multiple development and other IT projects, ensuring timely delivery
- Work closely with other IT team members to align project objectives with overall business goals
- Generate and analyze monthly KPI reports to track the performance of IT projects
- Develop additional reporting metrics to measure and enhance the effectiveness of technical processes and project outcomes
We require:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role, with a strong background in software development, data integration, and healthcare
- Bachelor of Computer Science, or a related field.
- Notable Experience in Python and SQL
- Notable experience in Cloud (AWS and/or Azure) deployments
- Notable understanding of healthcare data extracts, FHIR, HL7, spec sheets related to demographics and clinical data
- Understanding of an Agile development framework
- Experience in Selenium is a plus
- Programmatic data transformation (R!) skills are a plus.
- SFTP server management experience is a plus.
