In this role, you will:
Salary: Up to $165,000/year based on experience.

In this role, you will:
- Manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology/Hematology patients in alignment with State and Federal regulations and nursing standards of care.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to manage perioperative preparation and postoperative clinical care.
- Round at Stonybrook Hospital.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure or Physician Assistant License.
- At least one (1) year of experience in Oncology/Hematology (preferred but not required).
- Strong computer skills; experience with EMR is a plus.
