In this role, you will:
  • Run the “MD Visit Counts by Day” report to identify which physicians have schedules that need to be filled.
  • Run the “Active Patient” report to determine each physician's lost to follow-up patient count and patients who are bookmarked for a specific timeframe due for an MD follow-up appointment.
  • Will work through Excel and Google Drive to update daily productivity.
  • Request the necessary medical records for the patient's scheduled follow-up appointment.
  • Protect patient privacy by adhering to the HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.

We require:
  • Excellent computer and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma required.  
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. 
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Previous experience is an asset.

Salary up to $23 per hour and benefits including Tuition Reimbursement, Health Insurance on day 1 of employment, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long-term disability, 401k Plan, generous PTO time, 8 paid holidays (2 floating), and more.
