In this role, you will:
Salary up to $125,000 annually

In this role, you will:
- Strategic Calendar Management – Oversee and prioritize the CEO’s schedule, ensuring seamless coordination of high-level meetings and engagements.
- Executive Communication – Draft, edit, and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations that align with the CEO’s voice and strategic priorities.
- Meeting & Event Coordination – Organize and execute internal and external meetings, including Board and Executive Committee gatherings. Prepare agendas, document key discussions, and manage follow-up actions.
- Travel Logistics – Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring efficient and seamless trips.
- Confidential Project Management – Assist in managing sensitive projects, special initiatives, and cross-functional collaborations within the executive team.
- Administrative Operations – Handle executive-level administrative tasks such as document preparation, expense reporting, and operational follow-ups.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Office Efficiency – Optimize office operations through proactive problem-solving and implementation of best practices to support executive workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience supporting a CEO preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, grammar, and clarity.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and office productivity tools; ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
- Availability to travel and adapt to shifting priorities as needed.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a finance or accounting role, with responsibilities such as managing budgets, processing expense reports, or performing financial reconciliations.
